উপকরণ:

# মিষ্টিদই আধা কেজি
# চিনি ১ কাপ
# গরম মসলা কিছু পরিমাণ
# লবণ পরিমাণ মতো
# মাঠা পরিমাণ মতো

প্রস্তুত প্রণালী :
প্রথমে মিষ্টিদই, মাঠা, গরম মসলা, চিনি, লবণ পরিমাণ মতো মিশিয়ে আধা ঘণ্টা রাখুন। এরপর ব্ল্যান্ডারে ব্ল্যান্ড করে নিন। এখন তৈরি হয়ে গেলো লাবং শরবত। এবার টেবিলে সুন্দর করে সাজিয়ে পরিবেশন করুণ। যেহেতু এটি সহজে বানানো যায়, তাই গরমের এই সময় মেহমান এলে সাধারণ শরবত না দিয়ে এই লাবাং শরবত দিতে পারেন।

গরমে আরাম দিতে দই শরবত

উপকরণ:

আধা কেজি দই, কলা অথবা পেঁপে কুচি ১ কাপ, বরফকুচি আধ কাপ, দুধ আধ কাপ, চিনি ১ টেবিল চামচ, এক চিমটি লবণ, পুদিনা পাতা কুচি অল্প, একটি পাতি লেবু।

যেভাবে করবেন

দইয়ের সঙ্গে ছোট করে কাটা কলা বা পেঁপে, বরফ, দুধ, চিনি, লবণ মিশিয়ে ভালো করে ব্লেন্ড করে নিন। এবার সুন্দর গ্লাসে বরফের কিউব দিয়ে শরবতটি ঢেলে দিন।  পুদিনা পাতা ও গোল করে কাটা পাতি লেবু দিয়ে সাজিয়ে ঠাণ্ডা ঠাণ্ডা পরিবেশন করুন। আপনি ইচ্ছা করলে স্ট্রবেরি কুচি বা বেদানার দানা দিয়েও সাজাতে পারেন।
