গরমে আরাম দিতে দই শরবত
উপকরণ:
আধা কেজি দই, কলা অথবা পেঁপে কুচি ১ কাপ, বরফকুচি আধ কাপ, দুধ আধ কাপ, চিনি ১ টেবিল চামচ, এক চিমটি লবণ, পুদিনা পাতা কুচি অল্প, একটি পাতি লেবু।
যেভাবে করবেন
দইয়ের সঙ্গে ছোট করে কাটা কলা বা পেঁপে, বরফ, দুধ, চিনি, লবণ মিশিয়ে ভালো করে ব্লেন্ড করে নিন। এবার সুন্দর গ্লাসে বরফের কিউব দিয়ে শরবতটি ঢেলে দিন। পুদিনা পাতা ও গোল করে কাটা পাতি লেবু দিয়ে সাজিয়ে ঠাণ্ডা ঠাণ্ডা পরিবেশন করুন। আপনি ইচ্ছা করলে স্ট্রবেরি কুচি বা বেদানার দানা দিয়েও সাজাতে পারেন।
